Content production
Arkcon Property — Content & Shoot Coordination
I organised three full-day shoots covering property tours, staff interviews and landlord advice, combining practical production coordination with responsibility for supplier administration and costs.
Content planning
I planned content around the intended audience and the purpose of each video, identifying what needed to be captured across property walkthroughs, interviews and advice-led content.
Schedules & staff contributors
I prepared filming timings and call sheets, coordinated staff contributors’ attendance and shared the practical information needed for the day.
Photographer & supplier liaison
I arranged the photographer and communicated the content requirements, keeping the brief and shoot timings clear for everyone involved.
On-set support
I acted as a contact during the shoots, helped direct the required content and resolved practical issues as they arose.
Supplier setup & invoices
I set up suppliers, checked invoices against agreed quotes and passed them on for payment.
Budget reconciliation & wrap
I checked costs against budgets, investigated differences and closed out production costs after each shoot.
My role on these three shoots was content planning, production coordination and financial administration. Filming and editing were carried out by the respective videographers and editors.

Commercial curiosity.
Hands-on execution.
I’m a fashion and luxury marketing professional with experience across visual merchandising, digital content, premium retail and PR. I hold an MSc in Marketing with Distinction from Trinity College Dublin and a 2:1 BSc in Fashion Management from London College of Fashion.
My experience combines a strong visual eye with commercial understanding — from creating seasonal visual-merchandising displays at Marks & Spencer to producing social-first content and supporting fashion and cultural events. I’m seeking opportunities in London within visual merchandising, luxury retail and brand marketing.
